Looking for somethin' to do

Gin sat at a table with his head resting on one of his hands, while his free hand stirred milk into the cup of coffee in front of him. He ha his usual bored expression and sighed.

Akime walked in and ordered a javachino then looked for a pace to sit but couldn't find one so she went outside to drink her cofee, "Huh, busier than usual. Oh well."

Gin watched the girl look for a place to sit. He couldn't let her sit outside and let flies and what not ruin her day. Gin stood up and walked over to her and smiled. "Excuse me, but would you like to sit down at my table?"

"Oh, thank you." She says walking back to the table with him. "I'm Akime and you are?"

"My name's Gin. Nice to meet you~" He sat down and extened his hand out to shake. He was wearing his usual loose clothing that revealed his chest. His closed eye often gave people the impression that he was winking.

Akime takes his hand and smiles as cute as possible, "It's a pleasure Gin. Lovely day outside huh?" She looks out the window and towards the sky

Gin took a sip of his coffee but chocked on it a bit as he saw how cute her smile was. He took a napkin and wiped his mouth, hiding his face behind his hair. "Y-yeah...it's really nice."

She looks back him kinda confused, "Whats wrong?"

Gin gave an embarrassed smile. "I choked on the coffee is all~so what do you like to do Akime?" Gin poured another milk into his coffee and stirred it.

"walk around, meet new people, make friends, and talk. What about you Gin?" She said giggling and smiling again, "Do you like milky cofee or something?"

He had a habit of drinking milk when he was nervous...though he really didn't want to say it aloud. "I like to sleep and help people...life is more enjoying if its peaceful..."

"I have to agree, would you like another coffee?" She says getting up and finishing hers, "Yours does seems like its almost gone."

"Yeah..." he said realizing he was drinking pure milk now. But he motioned her to sit down while he stood up and took the cups. "What are you drinking?"

"A javachino..." she said while sitting back down trying not to be rude

Gin walked off and got refills, then came back and handed her the javachino. Gin took a sip then scratched the back of his head and smiled nervously. "So...if ya don't mind me askin'...what are you?Don't think I'm bein' rude or calling you inhuman or something, cuz your very beautiful!" he said quickly in one breath.

"No problem. I'm a demon. I may look like a human but I am more dangerous than I seem. I usually just change how I look but I've been staying in this form for quite some time now. What about you?" She said with an assurring smile.

Gin laughed lightly as he took another sip of his coffee, which of course he then added milk to. "I'm simply just a human...I'm afraid you could kick my ass 8 time to Sunday if ya wanted.."

"No problem, I'm a demon actually." she said with a reassuring smile, "Please don't mind me asking but what are you to be exact." She said with a slight smirk

Gin tilted his head and gave a questioning smile. "Hm? I believe I just told you I'm a human...an unemployed human with nuthin' to do most of the time..." Gin then smiled at her. "So what's it like to be a strong scary demon? Are they exactly as people describe them to be? Please don't take that as rascist or anythin'"

"No, not at all. It's pretty fun and I'm not that scary you know. So whats it like being human? Is it fascinating?" She asked smiling curiosly.

Gin added another milk as he thought about it. "Well...humans are weak and corrupt who only care about themselves or pretend to care aboit others to make themselves look good. A human can't do anything they want without being criticized by others or receaving punishment...the women are either dim-witted and annoying or smart and evil...the men are all horny dogs who live their lifes trying to impress girls and make other men jealous...." Gin quickly adde more milk and gulped down his coffee to discontinue ranting about how he truly thought about humans. "Well...I guess it ain't all bad if you can meet someone different from what I just described....so, are all demons extremely beautiful or is something wrong with you?" Gin quickly said the compliment and almost hoped she hadn't noticed it.

However Akime did notice and murmered to herself quietly, "I s he trying to flatter me? It's sort of working." She then took a deep breath and went to answer his question, "No, and honestly most demons aren't as kind as others too. Certain ones can sustain a healthy body and others just let themselves go. I am however," she saighed, "one of those that canmaintain a healthy body but I've stayed in this appearence for quite some time now. Now this is my true appearence."

"And it's a great appearance." he said with a smile. Another milk was added to the coffee. "So other demons can change their appearance? Thats kinda...cheating..." he said laughing lightly.

"Only few that have certain shrines. My shrine was destroyed and that is why I can't change form anymore." She said sighing and tearing up.

Gin frowned and reached his hand out to her shoulder. "Oh...I'm sorry...what happened?" he said sympathetically.
